Fowlis and Liff Toddlers

Monday - 9:45am to 11:15am
We meet every week in term time except for bad weather. We may also meet at other times depending on demand. We are a friendly and varied mix of mum's, dads, grandparents, childminders and nannies from the local area and beyond. There is tea, coffee and biscuits for the grown ups and a snack and great range of toys for the kids. You are most welcome to come along during all stages of parenthood from pregnant mums to those who have kids who are looking forward to starting school. The cost is £2.50 per family per session. Monday - 4.30pm to 6.00pm

Fun Street Dance class to current music delivered by a fully qualified Street Dance and Musical Theatre teacher.

First class is free for newcomers, for any age and ability, no need to book just come along!

Fowlis Over 60s Exercise Class

Every Wednesday - 10:45am till 11:30am

Class members usually come along at 10.30am. The exercises to music are suitable for ladies, gentlemen, over 60s and nearly 60s! The health benefits are obvious but most importantly we have fun. The classes continue to be very popular so come along and give it a try. Free trial first class for newcomers. Please contact Betty Cocker for more information.


Fowlis and Liff Scottish Women's Rural Institute

1st Wednesday of the month (from September until May)

We have an open meeting in the form of a birthday party each September and an annual outing, usually in June. Throughout the year we have a varied programme of speakers. Badminton

Wednesday-except the 1st Wednesday in the month 7:15pm to 8:30pm
£2.50 per session, newcomers always welcome at any time. Previous playing experience necessary as there are no practice/teaching facilities available.

Fitness at Fowlis

Thursday - 6:15pm to 7:15pm

Fitness at Fowlis is a mix of low impact cardio, light resistance and stretching aimed at people who are looking to improve/maintain their fitness. This popular class costs £10 per month - come and try out a class for free - all welcome.

Recreation Group

Thursday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm - classes run during the winter

The main activity is carpet bowls. Darts and table tennis are available. A welcome cuppa is enjoyed during the break. New members are welcome. Please contact Kenny Bell, Liff 580391 for further information.


Reel Fowlis Dance Group -
Scottish Country Dancing

Friday - 8:00pm to 9:30pm - classes run September to March

The class runs from 8:00pm to 9:30pm followed by tea and chat. We put on a Christmas Dance and Hogmanay Ceilidh with top musicians and end of year social in the Spring. We very much welcome new members of all ages to the group, whether as families, couples or individuals.
